Cat’s Tire and Auto always takes good care of my car.
While traveling last Sunday, we stopped in Statesville, NC for the evening. We noticed a leak under our car and with a six hour trip ahead of us on Monday, we were quite concerned. First thing Monday morning we went to Cat's Tire & Auto. We obviously didn't have an appointment but they inspected our car right away. They put the car on a lift and thoroughly inspected the underneath of the car and assured us that we were safe to travel. Within an hour we were on our way. Not only that, they did not charge us for our service. The service manager, Jenny was professional, thorough, and was generous in not charging us. Thanks to Cat's Tire & Auto, our trip was not delayed and we proceeded with assurance.
Traveling from out of state and had car troubles got in right away took care of the problem right away and I would like to thank Jenny and the crew for their excellent customer service would recommend to anyone.
